You can create and edit Additional Street Data (ASD) records by using the selection tools or a simple or advanced search.

In the Selection Results dialog, click the ASD tab associated with the record you want to edit.

Click the Show Details button to open the Streets dialog. Click on one of the ASD tabs to display the record grid.

Click the Show Details button associated with the record to be edited to open the Attributes tab. Scroll down the page to the Attributes section.

Records can be located in the "Whole Road" (based on the selection made from the dropdown list) or not. If they are located in the whole road, the attributes dialog does not show a map. If they are located partially, then the dialog displays another embedded map.

To create a new ASD record, above the record list in the ASD tab, click the Add button . The Create ASD dialog opens, allowing you to define the record attributes. Mandatory field are outlined in red. In this example, a Type 61 record is being created:

Enter or select the attributes for the ASD record. When finished, click Save.

To delete an ASD record, select it in the record list in the ASD tab, then click the Delete button .
